Call to Order:
The Yuma County Airport Authority, Inc. (YCAA) Annual Meeting of the Board of Directors was called to order at 4:00 PM on January 11, 2022, in the Yuma International Airport Conference Room, 2191 E. 32nd Street, Suite 218, Yuma, Arizona 85365. The Presiding officer was Bill Craft, President.
YCAA DIRECTORS PRESENT WERE:

CALL TO THE PUBLIC
There were no Public Comments.
ANNUAL MEETING
1) The YCAA President shall chair the Annual Election of Officers for the Yuma County Airport Authority. Discussion, nominations, and election of 2022 Executive Officers for the YCAA Board of Directors.
Mr. Craft, the YCAA President, opened the floor for nominations for President, 1st Vice President, 2nd Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary.
Mr. Gardner nominated Mr. Gourley as Treasurer, Mr. Russ Jones as 2nd Vice President and Mr. Eric Saltzer as Secretary. Due to a lack of nominations for President, or 1st Vice President, Mr. Gardner suggested that Mr. Bill Craft remain in his position of President and Mr. Dean Hager remain as 1st Vice President. Due to a lack of competing nominations, making a vote unnecessary, Mr. Craft called for a motion to elect Mr. Gourley as Treasurer, Mr. Russ Jones as 2nd Vice President and Mr. Eric Saltzer as Secretary with remaining Officers to be re-elected at their current position. Ms. Torres so moved. Ms. Dhawan seconded the motion. Motion passed unanimously.
